Sales Representative

Job Overview:As a Sales Representative at AT&T, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and selling a variety of products and services to meet customers' needs.Salary and Benefits:The monthly base salary is MXN $20,775 (before taxes), with an average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 when meeting sales and service targets.
Additionally, you will receive monthly grocery vouchers of MXN $1,519 every 14 days and restaurant vouchers of MXN $1,216 every 14 days.Responsibilities:Utilize appropriate sales techniques to build strong customer relationships and enhance the buying experience.Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products or services.Provide customer service & billing support, solving any issue related to a customer's account.Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' business grow.Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer needs.Find a personalized solution that fits each customer, making recommendations and using resources for complete resolution.Requirements:Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.1 year of sales experience (or excellent communications skills).Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.Work Schedule:Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and operating hours.
