Responsabilidades Clave
- Gestionarás 2-3 promotores y consultores de ventas en la industria ferretera.
- Asegurarás el diseño y cumplimiento del plan comercial a través del liderazgo y con clientes distribuidores.
- Supervisarás las actividades de venta, atención al cliente y gestión de recursos financieros.
- Analizarás la información y tomarás decisiones estratégicas.
- Desarrollarás estrategias comerciales.
Requisitos:
- +3 años de experiencia en puestos en ventas de mayoreo (preferible en el canal ferretero).
- +3 años de experiencia con macros de Excel, Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos y presentaciones de PowerPoint).
- Licenciatura concluida
