The position will be located at Monterrey in a fully remote model.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targetsResponsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionalsResponsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or servicesPromotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.Conducts market research including customers and competitors activitiesImplements market development plans/strategies and changes as neededCommunicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and MarketingRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degreeFluent in EnglishThree years of related experience with commercial-sales experience (public & private sector key accounts), working with distributors & suppliers.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
