**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a vital member of Musco Lighting's Sales team, your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and end-users in the sports and infrastructure marketplace.
- Assessing customers' lighting needs and recommending Musco products and services accordingly.
- Effectively presenting Musco's products and services through various channels, including sales presentations, meetings, field visits, and trade shows.
- Preparing budget estimates for customers' lighting requirements using pricing tools.
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers to enhance Musco's position on projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze projects from sales, business, and engineering perspectives.
- Negotiating prices and agreements, encompassing credit terms and collection.
- Participating in field work, including measuring/assessing fields, confirming pole locations, assisting with installations, night light tests, troubleshooting, and warranty inspections.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information and documentation in the sales database.
- Regularly communicating with the International Sales Coordinator to address territory needs and concerns, effectively allocating resources.
- Participating in corporate meetings and conference calls as necessary.
- Conducting new business development calls to both new and existing customers.
**Job Specifications**:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading proficiency is required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good technical aptitude.
- Self-motivated, assertive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
**Other Special Requirements**:
- Vehicle and air travel are required.
