Once you have built a strong customer portfolio and proven a successful track record, you will opt for a performance review to get promoted to the Senior Customer Specialist role.As a Customer Specialist, you will be the voice of Ergeon to new leads interested in our home services products. From first conversations to closing the deals, you will support Ergeon's growth by walking customers through a high-touch, customer-oriented sales experience approach.
