We are looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Mexico City, Mexico. You will work with the leading network solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
In this role, you will: Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Telematics and its products.Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.Work with a CRM System to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.What we expect of you: Good English language skills (both spoken and written).Strong motivation to work in B2B sales (sales experience will be considered an advantage).Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product.Willingness to travel abroad.1-5 years of successful experience in customer service and experience in active sales in the technology field (additional plus in the Telematics field).Customer-focused with high motivation to work in B2B sales.What we offer: Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.Interesting and ambitious projects in the industrial Telematics field.A place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses, conferences, or business trips.Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.Payroll: a competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market; local contract, legal benefits, and uncapped commission.Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.Training: onboarding from the HQ Technical Support division throughout your first 3 months in the organization by providing necessary materials, assigning progress-check tests, and giving you continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential.Career: opportunities to increase your seniority level in the role, or even become a Team Lead in the long term.Holiday: 20 days of paid vacation annually.Team building events to get to know each other better outside of work topics.Caring and supportive team: we constantly seek our employees to have better leadership while regularly sending our managers to external sessions, conducting annual employee engagement surveys, and other management initiatives to help our employees overcome bottlenecks and challenges.We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise.
