**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Monitoring the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements.
- Identify, compile and analyze (global) customer requirements based on the hierarchical level; define the contact matrix and integrate the participating internal organization; achieve all aspects of customer satisfaction; forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization; define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer.
- Participation in pricing and annual price negotiations.
- Escalation (internal and external) of problems if the promised objectives cannot be achieved.
- Checking all customer contract documents against Hella's internal requirements.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitor accounts and are able to positively leverage this knowledge.
- Software skills in Vector CANoe combined with basic programming skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Self-initiative organized and ownership.
- Strong Analytical Mindset
- Excel Advanced Skills
- Good attitude
**BACHELOR'S DEGREE**
- Holding a Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Ing.
Industrial, International Commerce.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation (English)**.
