**Would you want to help strengthen decision making across the real asset investment process?**
Working with clients from around the world, our Real Assets team is making previously unseen investment data accessible. With us, you'll empower clients to more effectively analyze performance and risk while building more sustainable strategies.
**Your Team Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of Real Assets clients, ensuring proactive and personalized engagement.
- Focus on client retention by addressing client needs and mitigating churn risks.
- Drive growth through strategic product add-ons and CPI increases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience and identify upsell opportunities.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
- Monitor client satisfaction and account health, proactively resolving issues to prevent cancellations.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, including product upsells and pricing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate client records and report on portfolio performance metrics.
- Work closely with senior team members to implement best practices for account management and retention strategies
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**:
- 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of managing a large portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
