Objective:Location: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
**Responsibilities**:- **Sales Growth**:Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling cosmetic products, communicating product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Customer Service**:Provide high-quality customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring post-sale assistance.
Maintain strong relationships to foster customer loyalty.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop deep knowledge of products, ingredients, and usage instructions, effectively communicating these to customers.
**CRM Usage**: Process transactions accurately, using Zoho CRM and point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales, customer information, and follow-ups.
**Inventory Monitoring**:Assist with inventory management by ensuring stock levels are monitored, shelves are restocked, and management is informed of low stock.
**Promotions**: Support promotional activities like product demonstrations, special offers, and discounts.
**Customer Feedback**:Follow up with customers on product satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
Experience specifically in the cosmetics industry is a plus.- Strong understanding of cosmetic products, including ingredients, formulations, and usage instructions.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and CRM (Zoho CRM).- Commitment to maintaining integrity, honesty, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.- Capacity to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain motivation and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.- Advanced English, written and spoken.
