**The Role**:
The Sales & Inventory specialist is to handle wholesale allocation, sales updates and scheduling within an assigned market area. This position is likely to participate in an accelerated development program after a period of time, where he/she is meant to shadow and rotate among other key operations of Marketing & Sales, considering both local and regional work exposure.
**Sales & Inventory**
- Handle wholesale allocation, sales updates and scheduling within specific market areas.
- Allocation: Conduct wholesale and manage post wholesale communication, and tracking and tracing of vehicles.
- Sales: Provide regional sales updates and sales close support; Lead development of sales estimates
- Scheduling: Order Bank maintenance; facilitate priority scheduling; own specialty vehicles; commodity management; facilitate traces.

**_OTHER MID-TERM ASSIGNATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIE _**_S _**
- Retail Network / Market Representation _
- Ensure Dealer files are properly maintained and the database correctly reflects current and accurate Dealer information. Audit Dealer file for all required documents and communicate completed transactions. Maintain Dealer Files; including transformation/modernization efforts, as well as retrieval of historical files for storage purposes.
- Central Field Order Scheduling _
- Analyze and communicate vehicle production plans to meet the weekly / monthly build requirements of vehicle lines. Support the Ford and Lincoln field teams by answering questions and providing relevant training pertaining to vehicle ordering, scheduling, and production.
- Order Guide _
- Develop vehicle order guides for multiple vehicle lines in approximately 170 Export markets; Create PCV's (Pre-Configured Vehicle) specs; Review/interpret PDL (Product Direction Letter) in order to create Order Guides; Take active role in identifying and resolving infeasible orders.
- Order Management / Contest & Incentive _
- Provide customers with efficient vehicle order processing, scheduling and invoicing, while minimizing Order-to-Delivery (OTD) cycle time.
- Manage VM (Variable Marketing) programs including Program loading, Regional support, Dealer Interface and ESP (Extended Service Plan) administration.
**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or other Business-related degrees.
- 3+ years of experience, preferably within the automotive sector working with Marketing, Sales or Product Development.
- **Availability to hybrid work**:
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) This position will have daily interaction with documents, systems, business partners and customers all in English. Complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.
**Primary Skills Required**:
- Must be detail-oriented, with excellent written & verbal communication skills and be able to prioritize and work well in a team setting with competing and sometimes demanding deadlines.
- A self-starter who can work well with mínimal supervision in an environment of sometimes loosely defined work roles.
- Accuracy and meeting deadlines are key requirements. Data savviness and/or management for tool adoption in role.
**Additional Skills Preferred**:
- Knowledgeable in all MS Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze sales, ordering and customer data; knowledge of vehicle program teams/product development.
