Participates in various distribution channel management activities and customer relationship management.Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree (Engineering, Administration and Marketing are preferred) with 2 to 5+ years' experience1-3 years of experience in technical sales in the Fire, Security, Automation and/or Digital SolutionsCustomer centric, entrepreneurial mindsetProactive and able to balance multiple prioritiesAble to build strong relationships, across industries and functionsExcellent communicator (oral, written, etc.)Competent understanding of financial and accounting principlesStrong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and ERPFluent in EnglishNative Spanish speakerBased in Mexico CityAvailability to travel throughout the Mexican RepublicJob DescriptionProactively identifies prospects for distribution and channel management teams and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.Conducts business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to the sales business development team.Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.Attends trade shows and presents new products to increase the visibility of the organization. Prepares workshops for assigned customers.Position Responsibilities:Prospect target verticals for sales opportunities, focused on maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.Develop new client relationships based on professional credibility, customer segment, and product knowledge.Identify and participate in industry organizations, trade shows, and events to promote the company, products, and services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.Forecast, monitor, and document sales performance against plan.Work with customers to develop product specs for future projects.
