Make it your story.Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of ELSP/ELSB products for infrastructure within designated rails, ports, airports, and water systems, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #L-onsite. This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for:Selling ELSB/ELSP Solutions to target customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.Preparing sales plans using ABB authorized tools (CTS, SalesForce, etc).Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in case of any potential order shortfalls.Communicating with customers about delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the Infrastructure Market.Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Aligning offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.Promoting the correct use of Digital Tools in the internal organization and the customers.Qualifications for the roleEngineering CareerExperience in Portfolio Management and General Sales PracticesKnowledge in Business Strategy / Market Intelligence / Go-to-market StrategyCustomer Experience SuccessKnowledge in Regulation & Legal Compliance / Pricing Excellence / Budget & Performance Targets and Account Management / Business Development & Adoption / Sales EnablementAdvanced English LevelBenefitsRetirement planLife insuranceAccident insurancePaid Parental leave (gender neutral)Wellbeing programMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
