Sales Specialist, Trauma & Spine (Mexico)

ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales objectives, identify new business opportunities, and create and develop business strategy.Achieve sales quota in the assigned territory and line.Impulse product sales through differentiated business models or new product incorporation.Conduct all business and affairs in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.Align strategies with the sales manager and carry them out.Develop strategies per IC to improve sales and presence in their territories.Define key projects and resources needed to succeed such as inventory, instrument sets, medical education events, KOL, pricing, etc.Evaluate and monitor the quality of the services that IC provides to end customers.Act as the channel of resources for the clients in the area of knowledge of the product.Act as a liaison between the client and the multiple stakeholders of the company, such as Operations, Regulation and Quality, and Compliance.Maintain a clear status about inventory, rotation, and channeling of each client.What you need3+ years of experience in a similar role in the medical devices industry.Experience with orthopedics and trauma sales is highly recommended.#J-18808-Ljbffr
