**Supervisor (Commission-Based)**
We are looking for a **responsible, motivated, and organized individual** with experience in supervising shifts to join our team at **Marina Bay Yacht & Residence Club **in **Puerto Aventuras**. As a Supervisor, you will ensure that all locations are properly covered and that the team operates efficiently and effectively to meet company goals. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing sales promoters, and ensuring the smooth running of our activities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Fluent in English** (required)
- Previous experience in supervising teams or shifts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- **Must live in Puerto Aventuras or nearby and have own transportation**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage a team of **Sales Promoters** to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee that all locations are covered and that shifts are properly organized
- Ensure team members are meeting performance goals and targets
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to the team
- Monitor and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving performance
