Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:The **Sales Supervisor - Fleets** is responsible for leading the Fleet account executives, prospect new customers and maintain and grow the relationship with existing ones. This role requires an extreme customer focused approach and follow up routines, as well as leadership skills to develop the team.Location: CDMX, GDL, MTYWhat you need:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related is required.- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- At least 5 years of experience in Captives or banks or OEM at regional or similar positions. Fleet business vision and sales experience.- Teamwork and collaborative attitude.- Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.- Detail Oriented.- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.- Customer focused approach.- Advance Microsoft Office Skills (Power BI management is a plus).What you will be doing:- Lead the Fleet Sales account executives.- Prospect new potential customers, by promoting GMF Fleet product, assisting during the Credit Line establishment process and onboarding.- Maintain and grow the relationship with key people to support the operation of GMF in the existing customers structure, making sure that GMF is aware of new opportunities and can participate on new deals. Support the credit line renewals and follow up with customers, in order to maintain their credit line active.- Work with our OEM to create synergy and new business, participate in weekly meetings and establish the relationship to participate when a new deal arrives.- Master the needed tools to generate quotes within the system, plan comparatives and propose innovative approved plans tailored to the needs of fleet customers.- Actively participate in dealer meetings to increase prospecting customers and encourage fleet market growth through credit lines.- Generate periodic reports and tracking of customer visits, operations, and credit line use by end customers.- Periodically generate benchmarks and report on all activities that banks or similar institutions have either inside or outside the dealership.- Actively participate in assigned special projects.- Availability to travel within Mexico (60% - 75%).What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself
