.This position supports the company's mission to ensure extraordinary Inside Sales is provided in a timely and efficient manner. This position creates and ensures that effective and efficient support and reporting practices are put in place to achieve company's sales and Inside Sales goals.**Specific Expected Contributions**Help the efficient operations of Medical Departures' Inside Sales Agents / Inside Sales organization by working closely with our global dental/medical partners.Maintain confidentiality regarding all business matters.- Work closely with Inside Sales agents to book & confirm appointments with our global partner network of dental & medical clinics via all available channels in English & Spanish.- Interface with medical/dental clinics/hospitals and Inside Sales agents to build a customized quote for prospective patients.- Take a proactive approach to customer service.- Ensure proper training and tracking of all Inside Sales reporting.- Process and manage online reviews.- Perform Administrative duties as required within SLA and other support duties as needed.- 3 years experience in a virtual assistant, sales ordination, qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant and customer service operation. College degree and/or related experience typically required.- Strong data analytic skills- Experience with the following types of basic tasks: analysis, quality assurance, scheduling, report generation, and software integration(basic) i.E. excel, google workspace.- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.- Good time management skills with the ability to organize workload.- Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously.- Strong customer service focus with previous experience in proactive techniques.- Highly developed problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish- Detail-oriented; strives for excellence in all assignments.- Professional demeanor**Technical Skill Requirements**- Expert level in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and Documents- Experience with VoIP Phone Systems- Basic Project Management- Basic HTML skills**Technical Extra Credit**Expertise with the following is a huge plus:- Ticketing System Software- CRM management- Google Analytics- Database Management**Other Job Requirements**- Impeccable written communication skills- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment- Proactive, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail- Positive attitude- Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver extraordinary results- Ability to meet deadlines
