**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
The Sales Support Analyst is an integral part of the selling team who will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights within North America. As a Sales Support Analyst, you will help to collect and analyze market data that will enhance customer engagement and sales growth. Additionally, you will serve as the owner of the NA Sales Team's salesforce data.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Support the North American Sales team by maintaining salesforce data and functionality.
- Provide training for NA Sales Team on the implemented product changes and best-practice utilization.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales trends and KPIs.
- Analyze diverse and unstructured data sets and provide coherent recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
- Support business processes and requirements on data accuracy by assessing completeness and ensuring consistency through regular data cleaning and validation processes.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Salesforce
- Ability to interact with large sales teams, and train on new processes.
- Proven expertise with data designer and related visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with aftermarket services (repairs, field service, parts, revamps)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required.
