**Job Overview**
Reporting on sales performance and sales KPIs to stakeholders. Provide daily support to the administrator data and functional improvement of the CRM system for sales stakeholders, in line with Performance Management Corporate / CRM. Provide proactive support to Performance Management and CRM tasks, as well as the provision of services to the cluster: (Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Panama & Guatemala).
**What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)**
- Overseeing and managing sales activities of multiple Branches within the Cluster
- Implement standardized KPI reports for FS-performance measurement and target tracking on cluster level
- Lead and manage opportunities for Field Sales within the Cluster, such as conducting market research by utilizing and exploring various channels and sources, and converting that data into lead generation for Field Sales within the Cluster
- Primary link with Sales to ensure proper maintenance of the CRM system in line with corporate standards.
- Support to calculate FS incentive payments.
- Support function with regard to administrative tasks related to Field Sales (e.g. follow up on tasks from customer surveys, cross(1)cluster campaigns, onboarding of new Field Sales staff)
- Coordinate Contract Management related tasks with Sales, if needed
- Coordinate Ocean Field Sales training requirements with Branch Ocean Field Sales support teams.
- Participate in Ocean Field Sales Performance Improvement Planning with Branch Head of Ocean Freight and People & Organization.
**What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Business or commercial areas.
- Intermediate - Advanced English
- Documented and successful leadership experience min 4 years in similar regional roles.
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to run reports and analyze data is required.
- Knowledge in CRM and KPI´s systems.
- Intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
