Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, MXWhat You'll Be Doing:- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc are resolved in a timely fashion- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
