You are probably wondering what are the daily tasks of a Sale Support? We are happy to catch your interest. As part of the PolyWorks Mexico team, you will provide operational sales support to both the direct and distribution sales teams and will coordinate demonstrations and training activities for our customers and partners.
**Responsibilities**:
Here is a detailed description of what your responsibilities will be:
- Generate quotes for new licenses and renewals
- Promote support maintenance contract and ensure the renewal of licenses
- Coordinate and schedule demonstrations and trainings, and ensure the training kits shipment and preparation of the material needed for the training sessions
- Participate in the organization of special events and give operational support to the marketing team when needed
- Update the company CRM with sales opportunities, new accounts, licenses transfers and contact information
- Participate in the monthly sales operations audit with colleagues from the headquarters
- Other related task
Qualifications:
- Experience of 2 years or more giving operational support
- Possess basic accounting skills to review invoicing and billing process
- Be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate analytical, organization and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of a CRM, such as Salesforce, considered an asset
- Communication skills
- Hability to work with other Departments
- Service oriented focusing on customers
- Nice to have experience leading a team
