.**PRIMARY FUNCTION**Eaton's Bussmann Division has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Support Representative in Juarez, MX.This position is responsible for providing the necessary Inside Sales support functions (project quoting, sales analysis, reporting, sales rep agency training) and other duties as assigned for the Inside Sales region assigned.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**- The scope of the Inside Sales Support Representative includes:_- Reporting to Manager, Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Support Representative will be assigned specific accounts and/or territories and activities to provide sales support for the sale of all Bussmann products.- The Inside Sales Support Representative must respond to inquiries from customers and our field sales team (both direct sales team members and sales rep agencies). These duties must be performed in a responsive and professional manner.- Other responsibilities include:_- Coordinate stock price quotes with the field sales team, pricing department and product managers.- Project Quotes- Configured Product Quotes- Marketing/Technical literature requests via web portal- Create and distribute various reports from SAP, Business Warehouse or internal online tools.- Win/Loss Tracking Reports, Special Price Agreement (SPA) Volume Reports, Online quoting reports.- Sales project management as assignedLI-AR7**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**- Bilingual - Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)- SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Experience- Advanced Microsoft Excel Techniques (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts)**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution- 3 years related Sales/Customer Service experience required**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience managing sales related projects.- Experience with sales target / lead generation.**Position Criteria**:- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Ability to formalize project quotations from limited request information and to recognize and clarify missing or inaccurate information.What you will get from usEaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
