Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance/support to both internal and external customers.
Each day, you will coordinate customer accounts with topics related to technical issues and order receipts, create new opportunities and follow up on new leads.
You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.
This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Development of current customers by coordinating with Sales teams.Provide Technical Support to customers regarding applications, sales tools, product presentations, training, and other related activities.Follow up on sales opportunities, increase pipeline, and increase orders.Development and follow up of new leads for the business.Our team dynamicsYou will join a highly skilled team, where you will be able to thrive.
