Job Profile Summary
You will serve as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues.
When necessary and appropriate, you will communicate pricing and product information to customers directly while consulting with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes in a fair and consistent manner.
You will also serve as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first line support for Account Managers on order process and system queries
- Liaise with Order Management Specialists (OMS) to provide administrative support for quote to cash cycle including:
- Order processing support
- Credit's procedures incl.
billing accuracy and reconciliation, appropriate escalation and support resolution
- Entitlement's support such as permission error handling, user list pulls and sends, etc.
- Document handling - Accuracy of order forms, contract franking and follow-ups, support obtaining signed contracts and order forms from customers, process and validate cancellation requests/terms
- Manage indexing and storage of signed contracts and order form hard copies, handle contract and order form copy retrieval requests
- Develop customer relationships to address administrative issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Administer complex deals in collaboration with Account Managers and OMS
- Completes administrative tasks as directed by Sales Operations management, which may include reviewing customer facing collateral material.
- Conducts product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals regarding content, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage Free Trials for setup and extension
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from sales management
- Monitor Account Managers' pipeline clean-up, accuracy, and adherence to best practices
- Work closely with the Business Operations lead
- Strengthen working relationship with OMS and other support functions such as credit control, Sales Process etc.
- Play a supporting role in the annual price increase process e.g.
reporting on contractual exceptions and business exceptions
- May provide logístical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in supporting sales and account management teams, supporting large complex deals, in a B2B environment
- Advanced English
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to troubleshoot and solutions-focused, customer-oriented attitude
- High degree of personal motivation and ability to adapt to dynamic and fast paced work environment
- Experience in operating within a matrix structure and supporting multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree qualified or above, strong Excel and data analysis skills
