**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor Degree
**Experience: 2 + years of industry experience (mining and/or construction)**
**Knowledge**:basic commercial understanding and industry clients.**
**Behaviors**:commercial judgment, analytical skills, and communication skills. ability to work independently
**Language: Pre Advanced **English - Basic Spanish

**Job Duties**:
The key role of this first level staff assignment position is to learn and assist others, while building sales support knowledge. The incumbent learns to become a commercial support resource for the Americas regional team. Also becomes increasingly familiar with the company's processes, systems and methodologies. A more senior consultant and the supervisor/manager typically direct work. Decisions made by this position are more routine and with limited risk issues. Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, learning to consider alternative courses of actions, making timely decisions and developing communication skills.
Key accountabilities may include regional events support, CRM salesforce support, progressive update of site performance coverage list of fleets and results of the fleets performance, competitive analysis, sales forecast and general regional support to align with the new Customer Strategic Approach strategy. They will consult with the other support groups in Resource Industries in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price.
This position represents the division on issues related to the overall commercial and fleet performance in territory. The overview includes PINS trend, demand fluctuations and very basic customer requirements. This position is a point of contact for the regional Americas team and other supporting groups.
This position is responsible for supporting sales and site performance efforts initiated by regional teams. The position supports the Americas machines and aftermarket teams in regional events, basic Salesforce training and other sales initiatives.
