Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional services to our partners, leveraging our skilled teams, cutting-edge solutions, and advanced technologies to provide the highest value.Primary Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new sales opportunities; Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups to increase customer interest in the product; Craft a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience and unique customer service; Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills; Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company execute its wellness needs; Maintain activeengagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product; Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits; Conduct "pre-call" investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer's current state, competition, etc.; Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business; Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities; Collect market intelligence and competitive information; Minimum of 2 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Leader; Responsible formanaging and motivating the agents; Responsible forensuring the partnership relationship between the Client and Helpware POC.#J-18808-Ljbffr
