We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to help coordinate the efforts of our sales team in order to bring on new clients to contribute to the growth of our business in the digital marketing industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing the support needed to ensure the success of our salespeople, whether through generating leads, providing background information, or assisting in the close of a transaction. You will also be able to work closely with our management team in monitoring our sales efforts. A Sales Team Leader should not only be able to assist in growing and developing their sales team, but also lead by example by closing Sales themselves.Sales Team Leader earn a base pay of $100 USD/Week along with 10% recurring commission off of closed deals, and 5% Override commission from their team's closed deals. No cap on commissions, recurring commissions. Commissions from Deals range from recurring commissions $25-500 Monthly, and 1 time commmissions from $50- $500. Each team member should be closing 3-5 deals a week, and eventually have 8-12 team members on their team.Example breakdown. All currencies are USDBase $100/Week5 Team members, each do 3 deals a week, 1 website at $4,300, 2 marketing packages at $747/month.Total 1 time Gross Profit- $21,500- Override commission= $1,075 USDTotal Monthly Recurring Gross Profit generated in 1 week- $7,470 = $373.50 monthly recurring commissions generated in 1 week, This done 4 weeks in a row would be $1,494 Monhtly.**Responsibilities**:- Onboard private and government institutions as clients.- Provide direction and support to our sales team members, along with the education and example needed in order to help guarantee their success.- Work with our management team as well as our salespeople in analyzing sales performance to develop ambitious yet attainable sales goals for the current fiscal year.- Coordinate the distribution of leads to the members of our sales team according to each salesperson's designated geographic area, and then follow up on those leads to help ensure that they result in customer conversion.- Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our staff and our customers.- Suggest product improvements to our research and development departments based upon client feedback.- Present regular reports to our management team detailing the sales team's progression towards annual goals
