In this role, you will be the frontline support for our sales tool, providing level 1 support and basic training to ensure our sales team can fully leverage the technology to drive success.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for sales organizations' inquiries, approvals, and issues, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.Conduct basic level training sessions for the sales teams, sales excellence, and sales compensation to enhance their proficiency with the sales tool.Assist as a secondary liaison to the Sales Technology Program Manager to help facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and support documentation, including but not limited to user guides/training, release notes, yearly campaign process, FAQs, etc.Assist in the creation of business user stories, prioritization of user stories & prioritization technical fixes.Collaborate with SE digital on user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and testing.
