Your role involves guiding the design and implementation of comprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. In this guiding position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.You will report directly to our Director of Sales Excellence-Learning & Enablement and you will work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.**In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by**:- Guiding the development and implementation of sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team- Collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions- Designing, coordinating and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements- Providing guidance and facilitating to sales trainers and training coordinators- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training and Building Automation industry**YOU MUST HAVE**- 2-3+ years of sales training or related field experience- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs- Strong knowledge of adult learning ethics and instructional design methodologies- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders at all levels- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills**WE VALUE**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Proficient in business English, preference for additional language skills- Passion for sales training and developing sales talent- Ability to think strategically and drive results- Strong guiding and team management skills- Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies- Excellent people-oriented skills and ability to influence others; preference for previoussales/sales training/sales operations experience**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:Req460486- ** Category**:Sales Excellence and Support- ** Location**:Av.
