Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be _responsible for running the Training Sessions as well as the I-Learning Gates System._- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be _responsible for developing relationships and alliances with College, Schools and Associations that enclosed Gates with the final Users._- This position is vital to Gates because Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.- _ This position is responsible for developing the training materials and courses for Training Sessions and I-Learning System._**Key responsibilities**:- Design, develop, supervise, coordinate, and operate Training Program (outsourced and/or in-house)- Develop and share data base- Increase networking with special audiences: Confederations, Associations, etc.- Use and analyze data- Map out annual training plans for management, customer support and more- Select appropriate training methods or activities- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques- Establish training plan according to product line manager needs- Develop manuals, presentations, virtual and face-to-face training- Search and work with educational linking with specialized schools in the automotive and industrial sector- Develop promotional graphics for webinars and lives- Special events planning for distributors and associates, search for speakers, places, agenda organization, etc.- Teamwork with purchase department for supplying process**ABOUT YOU**- 2 to 4 of years of progressive experience- Degree- Strong Developing Training Programs knowledge- Project and budget management skills- Managing of team works and resources- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong team player: proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge, builds collaborative relationships Project Management- Managing Budgets and Data- Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
