Estamos buscando a un **Salesforce Administrator **para una de nuestras empresas aliadas, **Luxury Presence.****RESPONSABILIDADES**- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the organization.- Manage user access and security settings within Salesforce.- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.- Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as needed.- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data stored in Salesforce.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality.- Work with the Internal Salesforce team such as the Salesforce Lead, Business Analyst and configurator, to assist with requests, adjustments to the platform and new processes.**REQUERIMIENTOS**- **Inglés avanzado**:- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus.- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.- Experience managing user access and security settings within Salesforce.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Preferable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Preferable 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.**INFO.
