.**Objective**:The Junior Systems Administrator will own the strategy and execution of projects they work on, which include strategic initiatives to support operations, growth, marketing, and the leadership team. As source of technical expertise, including but not limited to Salesforce, Zoho, Constant Contact, MailChimp, and more. The Junior Systems Administrator will also be a main source of support for the Workflow team's day-to-day requests.**Major Duties / Responsibilities**:- Support the Workflow team in identifying and implementing improvements in current workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility - this might be in Salesforce, Zoho, Constant Contact, MailChimp, and more tools.- Organize and manage our request intake process and maintain consistent communication with our end users.- Identify opportunities for enhancement within Salesforce and across all other systems- Oversee clean up and data maintenance- Collaborate with Strategist, Project Manager and Project Coordinator in testing new updates and documentation of system changes.- Recommend new processes or automation of existing ones- Work with custom objects- Create custom reports and dashboards- Manage data feeds and other integrations- Perform Salesforce admin functions like user account maintenance, profiles, sharing rules, reports, Dashboards, workflows, process builder, Data loader- Key member of CRM Team to develop business and data requirements.- Works closely with all Workflow Strategist to understand business workflow and requirements to translate into Development requirements.- Work with end users to troubleshoot any kind of salesforce related issues.- Works closely with Workflow Team in areas including demonstrations, understanding of business requirements, data reconciliation, cleanup, Org migrations and import coordination from previous/existing system.- Assists in providing hands-on training to all end-users.- Assists in developing all step-by-step instructions for new and enhanced functionality.- Completes all special projects and other duties as assignedincluding other ad hoc reports as needed.- Other duties as required.**Skills and Qualification Requirements**:- At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce certification is a plus.- Understanding of and experience with basic administration tasks, including but not limited to - fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.- Enjoy working cross functionally (i.E., with people of a wide variety of industry expertise and experience levels).- Must be a self-starter; able to work with mínimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks individually that require input from multiple sources.- Experience with Einstein is a plus.- Experience in Salesforce org migration projects is an advantage
