Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is an essential member of the Sales Operations function, who will join a team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on the needs of the business. This position will maintain system governance and data integrity, enhance user experience, and resolve level one support tickets.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Set up new users & maintain existing users
- Manage role hierarchy, page layouts, and permissions
- Create reports & dashboards
- Maintain governance and data integrity within Salesforce
- Training new users on using Salesforce
- Support users with password resets & user maintenance requests Data cleanup, reconciliation & maintenance

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- 1 year of professional experience as a Sales Administrator or Salesforce Administrator English Language Skills
