100% Remote Search only in Mexico Nominal Benefits + higher benefits Responsibilities Management of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code development.Development and maintenance of customized and standard solutions that meet business requirements and facilitate strategic decision-making.Technical leadership, establishing best practices for application development and integration, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and continuous refinement.Identifying opportunities to leverage Salesforce to optimize processes and increase productivity, providing recommendations to support the rapid growth of the organization.Defining, communicating, and managing a change management process (releases) for the development and implementation of new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Requirements Experience developing applications for Salesforce.com CRM. 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience (preferably Salesforce.com Certified Developer). In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and API. Extensive experience creating Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers, working with Apex in queue, and cloud platforms.Must have experience with process builders and flows. Hands-on experience with Lightning web components is required. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Proficient in using Salesforce data tools. Strong understanding of relational databases. Proven success in multiple Salesforce.com integration projects. Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications using real-time, batch, synchronous/asynchronous methods.
