Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the implementation, customization, and management of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce administration and development, along with strong leadership skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to foster a high-performance environment.
Oversee the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
Develop and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and customer interactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within Salesforce.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities for business advantage.
Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize platform utilization.
Implement best practices for data management and reporting within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, features, and functionality.
Experience with APIs and integration tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Skill Set:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Familiarity with data modeling and Salesforce architecture.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
