**Salesforce - Digital CRM Consultant.****Location: Remote,** **office attendance only on need basis (MTY/Saltillo/GDL/CDMX)**- Ability to perform complex data management processes, merging and cleaning data across multiple systems that are integrated.- Strong communication and client-facing skills.- Critical and analytical thinker, capable of performing independent self-driven analysis.- Background in user management and administration on a cloud-based platform.- Experience working user requests in a service management tool.- Experience performing user training and coaching on how to best leverage the tools.- Client-facing skills need to be high, and communication needs to be very strong. This resource will need to be able to push back when users are asking for something outside of scope of support while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.- Analytical skills need to be strong.
