We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become through the years.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.Experience with API integrations and data management processes in Marketing Cloud.Knowledge of Node.Js and Express.Js is a plus.**Nice to have**:Familiarity with other Salesforce solutions, such as Data Cloud and Personalization.Knowledge of GitHub and agile methodologies.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**Responsibilities**:**Campaign Development & Deployment**:**Technical Implementation & Documentation**:Document and execute both technical and business requirements for Marketing Cloud projects.Create solution designs (technical blueprints) for effective implementation.**Integration & Data Management**:Manage data integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Set up data extensions, ensure data integrity, and manage API integrations between platforms.Configure FTP accounts, install packages, and oversee data ingestion through API capabilities. 4**Audience Management & Optimization**:Leverage SQL, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) to create personalized templates and optimize audience segmentation.Manage audiences through SQL queries and automation processes within Automation Studio.Configure Journey Builder and manage targeted audience segments effectively.**Channel Expansion & Support**:Set up and maintain additional channels, such as WhatsApp, in alignment with campaign needs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Marketing Cloud operations.Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.**Reporting & Analytics**:Analyze campaign performance, focusing on engagement, conversion, and other KPIs
