In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Salesforce projects by providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.**Roles and Responsibilities**:Advanced knowledge of APIs, both REST & SOAPProficient with SQL, SSJS, and AMPScriptExperience in Web programming (e.G. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML)Establish the root causes of issues and identify them, rather than simply addressing the symptoms.A champion of native solutions approaches and best practicesExperience with technical integration solutions involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms (e.G. Marketing Cloud Connect, Salesforce Sales Cloud, MuleSoft, Customer 360, Facebook, etc.)Navigate the complexities of a highly sophisticated Marketing Cloud environment, identifying, communicating, and championing areas requiring optimization.Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements.Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use**Required Skills**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing CloudCertified Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantCertified Salesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
