They're looking for a knowledgeable, self-driven, technical candidate who is looking for an opportunity within the fast-growing Education Technology space. They're hiring for a Salesforce Operations Specialist role who will be working closely with the Marketing Team Lead and VP of Strategic Partnerships to ensure the marketing and sales teams are utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement to the fullest potential.
Responsibilities Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement platforms, ensuring data integrity and system performance.Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Setup: Assist in completing the setup of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (transitioned January 2024), including designing landing pages (with HTML work), transitioning email templates to the Lightning Experience, and ensuring all components are effectively configured for optimal marketing performance.SFDC and Account Engagement Alignment: Ensure data flow, templates, and information effectively pass through between the systems to ensure optimal usage by the sales and marketing teams.Data Management: Perform regular data imports, clean-ups, including resolving recurring duplicate issues, and updates to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across Salesforce and related systems.User Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing, sales, and client success team members, ensuring effective use of Salesforce tools and features.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and productivity for marketing and sales operations.Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key performance metrics for the marketing and sales teams.Automation and Workflows: Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline business processes and enhance data flow between systems.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team Lead and VP of Strategic Partnerships to align Salesforce functionalities with business objectives and strategies.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices related to Salesforce administration and data management.Project Management: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of new features and enhancements.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator working with Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot).2+ years in a remote startup environment, preferably with a US-based company.Understanding of SaaS Go-to-Market best practices, and an ability to problem solve with company revenue growth in mind.Experience driving and executing email marketing campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud HTML.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English level).Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy dynamic work environments.Strong problem-solving abilities.Strong project management and interpersonal skills.Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.No task is too big and no task is too small mindset.Commitment to their mission, with a desire to foster a sense of belonging and nurture a more humanized approach to education at institutions across the globe.
