Candidacy:
We are currently looking for a **Salesforce QA Lead **with at least 8 years of experience in **Quality Assurance **to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (verbal), with the ability to create clear written documentation.
- Certifications: Relevant QA certifications are preferred but not mandatory
**Technical Skills**:
- 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in test automation.
- QA methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools such as ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.
- Expertise in Test Strategy Development and Test Effort Estimation
- Strong proficiency in Test Case and Test Scenario Development
**Job Functions**:
- Lead the QA efforts, providing guidance on QA best practices.
- Develop and implement Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Estimate test efforts and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Ensure high-quality test execution using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with Lean Agile methodologies.
- Provide detailed status reports and maintain documentation on testing processes.
- Advise on the continuous improvement of QA processes and techniques.
