We've also recently been named as one of the world's most innovative companies.Location: Mexico CityHybrid: Twice a week in the office (Presidente Masaryk 111)The quote administrator will collaborate with members of the sales organisation including direct and renewal sales, sales operations, and the commissions team as well as downstream teams including the contract management team and the commercial operations team to ensure that the opportunity and quote data is complete, accurate and timely.Key Working Relationships:- Direct and Renewal Sales Teams- Business Operations teams including Sales Operations and Intelligence and Incencentives- Marketing, Contract Management, Commercial OperationsPrinciple Accountabilities:- Review all active opportunities in the SalesForce solution and ensure that they accurately reflect the opportunity, i.E., Correct Customer Account, Correct Deal Type (New/Renew), Correct links to previous opportunities, Forecast Start date, etc. and make changes as required.Review all active quotes in the SalesForce solution and ensure that they accurately reflect the customer's trading details, including delivery and billing addresses, contact details, AVEVA sales team, etc, and that all required information to process the order has been provided, i.E., tax exemption certification, technical contacts, etc.Provide input into the SalesForce capability team to suggestion ideas for continuous improvement of the User Interface and workflow in the platform.Input into the Sales Support team to highlight frequently recurring issues to support the creation of Knowledgebase articles to reduce recurring data issues from the Sales teams.Experience needed - You will have:- Understanding of the SalesForce platform especially with experience in the opportunity and quote processes.- Understanding of sales and commercial fulfilment processes in general, experience in a software sales organisation or subscription business is preferred.- Proven experience with managing data and following processes.- Being able to effectively evaluate complex information and ensure that it is correct.- Function as an interface between business units and support teams across the organization.- 2+ years' experience in quote management, data analysis, or a relevant discipline.- Proven ability to analyze, isolate and interpret data in order to be able to compare what has been provided with what is expected
