Salesforce Reporting Specialist

**The Role**

**What **will I be doing?**
- Sales' process continuous monitoring and audit assurance by evaluating:

- Design and operating effectiveness of key controls;
- Compliance with Clip's accounting and operational process,
- Data and financial analysis
- Random direct interviews with new merchants to understand their purchase process, interaction with our sales channels and determine the integrity of the sale.
- To become an expert in Salesforce's processes, workflows, views, profiles, etc, in order to prevent control gaps
- Bachelor's degree in a business area.
- At least 3 years of experience; exposure to audit/internal control/process definition
- Previous experience in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM's its highly desirable
- Prior industry experience is a plus. (Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Venture Capital, etc.)
- Experience on extracting information throughout SQL or any other similar tool to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Operational Risk Management
- Previous experience/exposure to Salesforce CRM or any other similar CRM
- A curious, meticulous, and detective-like personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
