Descripción de la vacante Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions aligning with business needs and technical standards. Oversee the architecture of implementations, including integrations and data modeling. Provide technical leadership to development teams for successful project delivery. Lead customization using Apex and Lightning components, and design integration solutions with REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize performance, establish best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders. Maintain detailed technical documentation and troubleshoot complex issues related to Salesforce applications.

Perfil del candidato Skills:

Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of expertise as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data modeling, integration (APIs, middleware), and Salesforce administration.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise working in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Expertise collaborating across multiple functional and/or technical teams to deliver with agile-based practices.

Desirable: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect required.
