.As our Salesforce System Administrator, you will help manage our CRM and related systems and be part of a team for day-to-day Salesforce support. This position will support improving the technology infrastructure while minimizing the disruption to the end user.**What You Will Do**:- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD.- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom metadata types, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.- Sandbox environment management.- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.- Support create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders (Well Architected).- Execute data management strategies to improve data quality, implement rules and automation as needed.- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.- User support tickets, and technical documentation.- Monitor and improve user adoption.- New user and ongoing user training.- Identify areas of improvement and correlate them to the sales cycle.- Partners with developers and vendors to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete and system quality maintained.**What You Have Done**:- 2+ years experience within the software, technology, or XaaS industries.- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.- Experience implementing, configuring and/or administering out of the box integrations with Salesforce.- Ability to understand complex business processes and make recommendations to align with industry and system best practices.- Experience as the Salesforce expert relative to area of responsibilities.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully virtual work environment.- Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects (Agile methodology)Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes.- Proficient and excellent English written and verbal skills.**Why Percona?**Percona is proud to be a remote-only and globally dispersed workforce - we have colleagues in more than 50 countries!
