Every piece of information that can aid in improving the product is critical.- Conduct observational research by observing the interactions of sample users with the product.- Analyze questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews, and so on. Use the insights as input for design decisions.**Design**- Design the user experience and interface with the user's needs in mind.- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how environments work and look.- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.- Examine previous design feedback and briefs for new projects, and collaborate with the team.- Host design and business strategy meetings and presentations.- Support the development and testing of designed features.**Mandatory Skills**:- 4+ years of experience leading UX-focused software product development teams required Salesforce Experience or- Excellent knowledge of Avonni and Figma (it's also nice to have experience with Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software).- A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required.- Work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required.- Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.- Demonstrated success charting strategic product direction, defining user experience, defining and writing requirements, documenting features, leading development teams and ensuring release plans are delivered on time and on budget- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology- Strong inclination for action and self-direction, understanding of technology delivery methodologies, analytical and organizational skills
