Do you have technical background and are you interested developing within the commercial area?Are you familiar with customizable/complex selling methodology to support the needs of your customer (e.g. architect or general contractor)? Do you have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization?Have you built and promoted strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs? As our Salesperson for our New Business Solutions, you will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships, manage new construction opportunities from current and new customers, and close deals in a way that meets customer needs while maximizing KONE's order book profitability.
You will bring 3+ years as of an operational and/or commercial construction background within the elevator or construction industry (e.g., having been a Construction Supervisor or Project Manager.) You will also bring Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical- Electrical Engineering and an appetite to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
