Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Ensuring all builds performed during the launch phase are successfully carried out in terms of quality level, engineering level, Sample maturity level, technical specifications in the appropriate moment to ship to the customer, laboratories or any other party that requests samples from a given product.Responsible of ensuring the availability of parts for the sample build, be it internal or external components (involvement of different areas of responsibility)Tracking of all open points regarding sample builds in the project phase and to escalate deviations in a timely manner to the corresponding responsible area**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**2 to 3 years of experience in automotive industry (Series/new projects, engineering changes, operations)Working out and publishing a Sample Production Plan with enough anticipation for each project that covers the entire project launch phase from the moment the production elements are received in the plant until SOP.Following up with Manufacturing Engineers the creation of C-Sample master data, C-Sample demand into ERP,) and, consequently, Purchase Orders to ensure the procurement of sample parts (components) from the different suppliers.Ensuring availability together with the TtM Logistics Supplier Analyst in the case where a Blanket PO is available, or a Carry Over (for the specific facility) material is used. Ensuring enough material availability for all Sample Build Events.Ensuring that Manufacturing Engineers, team members, and tool specialists know the dates, quantities, maturity levels required for every sample build, so they can arrange their presence in the case of production events of injected parts, SMD builds, or sub-assembliesFilling out the corresponding Premium Freight Formats in order to perform the movements from the plant facility to the Customer by involving TtM Logistics to ensure full coordination.Identifying the samples with customer/project specific labels provided by Quality department, the only exception being when the material is booked and shipped in SAP and the labels to be used are standard AIAG/VDAlabels (printed from SAP), in which the responsibility falls with the Finished Goods Warehouse.Ensuring the correct identification of all components and samples across all Production Steps
