Job DescriptionSupply samples of different products, fulfilling customer requirements and planned milestones.Analize technical specifications and drawings of samples to evaluate the feasibility of production, define production and testing process and confirm that resources are available for expected delivery time.Procure new components and confirm existing stock of components needed to assembly samples.Plan, confirm and organize resources to build samples, follow up the production and assure that standard documentation to validate production process and product is created.Define and design tooling for samples production.Align with packaging engineer the requirements for samples packaging and assure that a solution is provided according to customer requirements.Process samples orders in SAP, considering cost of assembly and testing samples, materials and series production resources.
All costs related to samples delivery are charge to samples orders in SAP.Control inventory levels, assure that inventory movements are posted to avoid inventory variations during regular counting cycle.Fulfill standard documentation according to defined procedure and inform about changes in order to update the current version of documents.QualificationsLenguages: spanish and english advanced.Manufacturing process as pressing, stacking, laser welding, laser marking, tightening, assembly of components, etc.Metrology basis.Mechanical and electrical design.Products for automotive applications, preferred: Gasoline and Diesel injection rails.Lean Manufacturing.Tooling design.Logistics basis: INBOUND and OUTBOND knowledge.SAP: purchasing requisition, orders processing, BOM views.Data processing: excel, power BI, others.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
