**Sample Project Leader**

**Primary Purpose**:
Work with local Program Manager Jr, Sales and Division Product Manager to develop the sample requests timeline.
Coordination with the NPI team and Execution of the activities related to sample requests.
Technical reporting of the progress of the activities.
Lessons learned and knowledge share across the group.
Daily stand-up meetings with the NPI team.
Escalate any issue impacting the sample performance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Owner of the samples backlog, provides visibility to the team
- Planning with the NPI team samples in a dynamic environment of high mix / low volume
- Technical knowledge (developed) of product types-families
- Sample log update in SharePoint
- HPC (high performance cables) Samples Dashboard update in Power BI

**Work Experience**:
Preferred:Experience working with global CFT´s, Engineering, customers, plants and vendors.
**Education**:
Required: Bachelor's degree Engineering
