.Divestment & Portfolio Management LeadJob title: Divestment & Portfolio Management LeadLocation: Mexico CityJob type: Permanent, Full timeAbout the jobThe Divestment & Portfolio Management Lead will be responsible for building and executing strategies to minimize deteriorating performance of non-promoted portfolios from different business units, including private labels and generics via new alternative business models and an effective commercial strategy to minimize switch at point-of-sales.It is expected to collaborate intensively with Global and Local Primary Care & High Specialty franchises and, especially locally with Commercial, Supply, Regulatory, and Finance through transversal initiatives and with a remarkable opportunity to establish such new business models.Additionally, the role will be in charge of leading the pruning and divestments processes, working closely with local/regional/global divestment, industrial, regulatory, and finance teams.Main responsibilities:Lead local and regional divestment projects.Global divestments point of contact providing information and complying with requirements (forecasting, market, prices, etc.).Adhere to global guidelines to carry out the simplification of the portfolio such as the pruning of eligible products.Perform assessments of local prunings and actively participate in the process. Responsible for POP system and pruning tracking from BU side.Establish and develop strategic planning to maximize the performance of the portfolio of non-promoted, generic, and private label products.Conduct monthly analysis of brand performance based on different sources of information (Sell Out-IQVIA, Rx-Close Up).Monitor demand: develop sales forecasts and ensure proper collaboration with the supply team to avoid risks of destruction and guarantee drug availability.Establish the pricing strategy according to the LCM of each product.Manage and control the budgets of each product on an annual basis, taking care of the forecast profitability for each brand.Evaluate opportunities in different channels to capitalize on them and increase planned sales.Develop, execute, and monitor commercial activities seeking profitability and improving portfolio performance.Have an LCM (Life Cycle Management) plan to take advantage of the next stage of promoted products.Review and approve the change of packaging arts.Align with the multidisciplinary team (medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, omnichannel, etc.) to ensure communication with medical societies.Work with the commercial team to ensure the availability of the product at the point of sale through a strategy of dispersion and scope.About youExperience:Project management experience, experience as brand manager/portfolio manager.Soft skills:High learning agility.Strong leadership, as well as the ability to influence peers and support areas.Analytical and critical thinking.Teamwork, risk-taking, resilience.Transformation mindset - change agent
