If you feel you're the right fit, please don't hesitate to apply!- Provide Second level support to Key users and End users of North American in SAP related matters- Gather business requirements for new SAP functionalities- Check the Global Service Desk for SAP related incident and tickets and direct them accordingly- Deign Customer shipping labels and subassembly internal labels on loftware based on customer specifications- Determining how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes- Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress report- Collaborating with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues- Maintain the Loftware SAP connector- Maintain Printers on Loftware SAP server- Perform Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing- Participate on Internal or External Audits that needed support on SAP for the IT department- Train Key Users in new SAP functionalities- Help and partake in the blueprint and decision making in new solutions based on local information- Troubleshoot access, reports, background Jobs and authorization roles maintenance or SAP Logistic Modules- Communicate to Key users and Management the changes or updates in SAP process- Create Queries/Reports based on business requirements- Work closely with the Europe and Asia Pacific SAP teams ro provide BRD's and change Request Specifications for changes or customizing in the system.**Functional Area**- Division**Employee Type**- Full Time**EEO statement****City**- Reynosa, CP**Country**- Mexico
